Keeping your voice healthy is as important as keping your body healthy. funnily enough they both need practically the same factors to keep them strong energetic and healthy.

- A controlled moist atmosphere with no smoke or a any sudden temperature changes
- Keep the throat area as warm as possible
- Drink up. Fluids are essential
- Following a diet which contains alot of fruit and vegetables and try avoiding dairy products
- Warm up is a must so your voice is not hurt and so you can use your full vocal range
- Don't clear your throat as it can cause many problems
- Don't shout
Tip: A helpful remedy for a sore and tired throat is a mix of one teaspoon of lemon, one teaspoon of honey and alittle bit of ginger, in some warm water.Throat lozenges should only be used when your singing voice is out of use.
